2024 LENTEN PROJECT
Initially, the goal of the 2024 Lenten project was to raise sufficient funds for Mission Services of London to purchase a commercial grade washing machine for the Men's Mission on York Street. Through the generosity of the Calvary congregation, a total of $3105 has been raised. This is enough money to buy a washing machine AND dryer.
The cheque was taken to Mission Services on Monday and the new washer and dryer will be installed at the Men's Mission within the next two weeks.
Thank you for your support of our neighbours who are struggling through difficult times.
