CALVARY GREEN

Lots happening around the Green.

The rain has caused an explosion of colour and height to our beautiful pollinator gardens. The bees and butterflies are enjoying it too.  See if can spot some of our new plantings ...

Our watering teams has had less to do, but we appreciate their edging and weeding efforts.

Calvary Green has been sharing our pollinator garden journey with an Old South neighbour - Elmwood Presbyterian. They are in the early stages and we have visited them and offered our support.

Psalm for the Week:

Psalm 145: 14 -16 (from "The Message" paraphrased )

            God gives a hand to those down on their luck,

                gives a fresh start to those ready to quit.

            All eyes are on you, Merciful One;

                you give them their meals on time.

            Generous to a fault,

                you lavish your favour on all creatures.

Prayer for the Week:

            God our provider,

            you are everything that we need. We stretch out our hands to you,

            knowing that you are pleased to save us. Help us to find rest in you,

            We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
